Countries are increasingly enacting laws to address the climate crisis, with varied approaches to codifying and institutionalizing climate policy. This seminar presentation by Tarun Gopalakrishnan and Meera Gopal will compare framework climate laws across selected countries and propose some principles for climate legislative design.
