Interest Form: Legacy the School of Sport Sciences (Legacy)
Thank you in advance for taking time to complete this questionnaire. Data collected will be utilized for the purpose of developing Legacy the School of Sport Sciences (Legacy) student enrollment for the Fall of 2018-2019. Additionally we will use information from this survey to notify all participants of future developments or receive updates.  Below is a brief description of our school concept.

Legacy is a uniquely developed proposed open enrollment charter school that is designed to prepare students to meet their college and professional goals academically, athletically and professionally, by focusing on the business within athletics. This thematic focus will be applied in context that make connections between school, community, work and the global enterprise. Legacy proposes to partner with higher education institutions and industry experts to expose students to four athletic career paths: coaching, athletic administration, sports medicine, and or sports media. In addition, Legacy will provide an Early College High School (Dual Credit) Program that is designed to provide students an opportunity to earn either an Associates degree or up to 60 college credit hours paired with a high school diploma.

We want to hear from as many voices in the Legacy the School of Sport Sciences area as possible.  Please forward this link to anyone you know who may be interested.

Again, we thank you for your time and effort towards our Parent Interest Survey and we look forward to seeing you at the launch of Legacy the School of Sport Sciences!

Thank you for your input!
