Across its first three iterations, Wonderfruit began a culinary revolution, drawing the best cuisine from different areas of the F&B industry to The Fields. This year, as Wonderfruit returns once again, we are looking forward to another four days of food celebration in Thailand.

We’re looking for great minds from cafés, pop-up restaurants, food trucks and street food stalls, who produce unique cuisine, with an emphasis on unusual, nutritious and varied eating experiences that aren’t available anywhere else. Wonderfruit is dedicated to promoting sustainability as an adventure in living well; so, in other words, the quality of the food and the way it is served with regards to the environment are important criteria.

Wonderfruit Eats welcomes applications from local and international F&B vendors; if you are interested in presenting your menu, please read through the information and rules, and complete the application form below for consideration.

Environmental Concerns:
We are committed to minimizing the impact of the event on the environment. We encourage you to do your part and help us adhere to our pledge to ‘’leave no trace”.
To reduce the environmental footprint of this event, all food vendors MUST use only biodegradable or compostable plates, knives, forks, spoons and containers. All vendors are required to purchase biodegradable products from Wonderfruit at a fair price and will be given further details how to purchase the products to be used at Wonderfruit.
Failure to use biodegradable or compostable plates, knives, forks, spoons and containers may result in fines being levied, closure of a booth or any portion of vendor operations, or disqualification from participating in future Wonderfruit events.
Further guidelines on our eco-friendly initiatives will be given during the vendors’ meeting, prior to the event.

General rules:
No booth sharing is allowed.
Overnight security will be provided, but each vendor is responsible for securing their area when closed.
Wonderfruit is not responsible for any loss or theft incurred by any vendor.
Accepted vendors must notify Wonderfruit immediately of cancellation.
Propane cylinders must be stored in an upright and secured position.
No open flames such as candles, lanterns, kerosene or gas-fired heaters and cooking equipment are permitted near or under combustible materials.
Hot surfaces from cooking and heating appliances, such as grills, hot plates and coffee makers must be blocked so that the public is protected from physical contact with these appliances.
Exit aisles must be unobstructed by vendors at all times.
No frayed wires or overloaded extension cords are permitted.
A member of the local Fire Department may conduct an on-site inspection of vendor’s space.
Any vendor cooking with an open flame must have a flame-retardant canopy and ground cover must be used to protect the area from grease spills.
Vendors are permitted to drive vehicles onto site solely for purposes of set-up and dismantle, the day before and after the event. No loading vehicles will be permitted during live days.

Beverage policy:
The sale of branded beverages from vendor booths is prohibited due to beverage sponsors at our event, and competitor products will not be allowed.
No alcoholic beverages can be sold by food vendors at any time.
Food vendors may sell non-alcoholic “own brand” beverages from their booth; however, all beverage handling MUST be in approved containers (glass/recycled plastic or paper). If a non-alcoholic beverage sponsor is brought on board (for example, Coca-Cola), vendors will be required to sell that brand only and prohibited from selling a competing brand.
Vendors may not sell drinking water. Wonderfruit will make drinking water available in a refillable biodegradable container.

Disposal of Waste Materials:
Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and keeping their area clean.
It is the responsibility of the food vendor to dispose of all waste materials in the designated disposal area provided by Wonderfruit, including but not limited to: oils, chemicals or waste materials that require special handling.
