Official PEP Registration Form

Please fill out this form and select the dates you wish to participate in.
Players will be divided into two groups:
• Group 1: U7, U9, and U11 Grey players
• Group 2: U11 Black, U13, U15, and U18 players

Skate dates and times are listed below.
The cost is $20 per skate, or $260 for all sessions.

Please note: We will only be accepting the first 20 registrations. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours indication whether or not you were able to secure a spot. If spaces become available, they will be offered to the players on the waitlist.
