1. Call 215-686-3407 or email arena.hearings@phila.gov by 3pm on the day before your hearing. 

2. Tell them your full name, phone number, the day you want to testify, and which bill you'll be speaking on. 

FYI Each day has different bills assigned to it, so give them the bill # for the day you're speaking: 

  • Tuesday, November 19: #240966
