Please complete this form to request any/all of the resource boxes for Area 5 students.  Understand that all materials are property of the NC Association of Soil and Water and by requesting these materials, you are agreeing to return the materials in their current condition, or you will be responsible for replacing any damaged or lost items.  Completing an inventory check with the list provided in each box at both pickup and drop-off will ensure the most efficient method of assessing the provided materials.
