2020 Shop Small Saturday Artist Application
Welcome to the Durham Craft Market! We are excited about your interest in our 2020 Shop Small Saturday event. We are happy to announce that we will have spaces available at our event for market members and guest vendors. The details about our show are as follows:

Date: November 28, 2020
Location: Durham Central Park Pavillion
Time: 11am to 4pm
Guest Vendor Booth Fee: $75

All work must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is applying to the show. The artist must be the one attending the show and selling the work. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number. If you are accepted as a guest vendor for the event, booth fee payment instructions will be included in your acceptance letter.

Event Policies
LOCATION: The Durham Central Park Pavillion is located at 501 Foster St, Durham, NC 27701. We will be setting up under and around the Pavillion that is used for the Durham Farmers Market.

SET UP and BREAK DOWN: Set up will be begin at 8:30am. Vendors must remain set-up for the duration of the event and may not begin packing or breaking down until 4:00 pm.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE: All products must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is accepted to the show. The artist must be the one attending the show and selling the work. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number.

COVID-19 SET-UP GUIDELINES
* Set up spots will be marked with either tape or chalk.
* We will have a hand washing station at the entrance.
* Vendor spaces will be 6ft apart and we will mark 6ft spacing for customers.
* Vendors will have to set up in a way that customers cannot come "into" their tent. NO U-SHAPED TABLE SET UPS ALLOWED.
* Tables will need to be disinfected during the day. Fabric table coverings must have plastic over them, so they can be disinfected.
* Vendors must wear a mask when with 6ft of another person, preferably at all times.
* Each vendor will be required to take their temperature before coming to the event. If it is over 100.4 degrees F, they may not set up.
*Each vendor must have hand sanitizer and use it throughout the day. We would suggest that if your craft includes textiles, you request that people use it before touching your product.
* No free samples of any kind.
Durham Craft Market 2020 Shop Small Event Agreement
A sent application constitutes a contract to follow and be bound by the Durham Craft Market Rules, Limitations & Procedures and is a commitment to participate personally, if accepted. Violations of Rules, Limitations & Procedures prior to, during, and/or at the end of the show will result in loss of exhibitor space, without refund, and the exhibitor will be excluded from future shows with the Durham Craft Market.

Applicant certifies that photos of work accurately depict applicant materials. Applicant certifies photos submitted are the sole work and ownership of applicant. Applicant agrees that photos and description of work may be used in promotional materials for the respective event. Sending this application certifies that you have read and understand the rules for this event.
