If you believe Warranty service will be required on your unit, please contact the dealer you purchased from to begin the troubleshooting process. 

If your dealer is no longer an authorized Parasound dealer it does not void a warranty on valid purchases made while they were authorized. Please continue on this form and select "Warranty Support".  If service is required, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.  Do not ship prior to receiving this number.

For non-warranty service do NOT fill out this form.  Please contact an Authorized Parasound repair center ( or Authorized Dealer for assistance.

For general product or system design questions, please contact your dealer or visit our website and select "Dealers" or "Custom Integrators" to find a brick and mortar or online dealer to assist.  

Once submitted, you will be contacted by an appropriate representative for further assistance.  We normally respond by the end of the next business day, but it can take up to three.
