Hillman City Collaboratory Venue Request Form
Please fill out the information below to begin the reservation process for The Hillman City Collaboratory. This is only step one to creating a reservation. After filling this out, please be on the look out from an email response within a week. If we accept your request, we require a user agreement and payment in advance in order to confirm booking. Events will be canceled if we do not receive some payment and a signed user agreement within at least one week of the event.

We are moving toward a preference for continuing users and encourage you to submit your request at least two-three weeks in advance to ensure availability of the date(s) you are requesting. Please check the calendar first in order to be more efficient.

Collaboratory Vision & Mission:
The Hillman City Collaboratory is a non-profit, cooperative multi-purpose space shared by grassroots organizations and individuals who care about social change, creative expression, and community building. Our mission is to become an instrument of transformation that provides a built environment and programming specifically designed to create community and equip change-makers. The space is meant to be shared, and ask space users to envision their presence as a partnership with this neighborhood commons. To this effect we also ask for donations to help cover costs incurred by our partners’ usage.

The Mixing Chamber holds up to 200 people, the Incubator (co-working space) holds up to 30 and the Conference Room holds up to 15. Kitchen is available for non-commercial use only. Please, check the website for more info and photos.
