2020 Art Vendor Registration
2020 Cooper Young Garden Walk is seeking 5-10 unique vendors who fit our special garden boutique market atmosphere. We are looking for vendors of original and repurposed handmade (garden + outdoor themed works (no “buy-sell”) to participate in our 5th annual garden walk.
Art Vendors will be located at secret gardens throughout the neighborhood.This puts you at our most visited gardens, provides shade, and makes it easy to park for set up and take down.You'll have the opportunity to engage visitors as they arrive at the garden. .
Our goal is to have a mixed balance of different types of garden related art and products.
All applications will be reviewed by the Garden Walk Vendor Committee for appropriateness and space availability.

I would like to donate an item for the early bird ticket sales drawing. I will be listed as an in-kind donor on website, garden brochure, social media and receive tax receipt. (minimum value $50)

Only handcrafted items are accepted. (No commercially mass produced or 3rd party goods accepted)
There are a limited number of vendor spaces, and are assigned on a first come/first serve basis.
I must bring + set up my own tables, chairs, tent, sign, etc.
There is no access to electricity.
I might not have the same spot as last year.
Set up time is between 7:30-8:45am both May 16-17, 2020
Take down time is between 4:30-5:30 pm both May 16-17, 2020
I give the Cooper Young Garden Club the right to reproduce and/or edit the images I am submitting with this application for advertising purposes. I certifiy I am the owner of such images and have the right to grant their use.
My fee is non-refundable unless the Garden Walk is cancelled.
LIABILITY--The EXHIBITOR does hereby release the COOPER-YOUNG GARDEN CLUB of liability in connection with any damage to EXHIBITORS person and/or anyone operating EXHIBITOR space, merchandise and/or personal property due to fire, theft, breakage, acts of God, or any kind of public disorder or disturbance during day of the event.
I have fully read the attached informational sheet and understand the requirements.
Early Bird Fee--$25 for weekend space, if paid by Feb. 15, 2020.
Registration received between Feb. 16-April 1, 2020 is $40 for weekend space.
A submission is not complete until the form, payment, and photos have been received. Accepted applications will be confirmed by email.
Payments for applications not accepted will be immediately refunded.
