It is super special to be prepping for ConFest again after so long apart! After such a long break, community and connection is more valued then ever.

There really is no other event like ConFest. Even in simpler times, creating our one of a kind, magical gatherings, takes whole community effort all through the year. Now, with increased council regulations, flood clean up and more financial constraints, it really will take an entire village to birth ConFest once more.

Due to what's at stake putting on a large and alternative gathering in this current climate, Easter ConFest 23 will be looking back to it's roots, be a likely be a scaled down gathering compared to past years, focusing on core values. Filling out this form is one way of ensuring we get the best chance of keeping ConFest accessible to as many people as possible, as well as giving you a chance to be part of the amazing community behind the scenes that make it all happen.

ConFest doesn’t fit the mould of the average festival, so it’s really important that you READ AND UNDERSTAND the content in this application form, before applying to volunteer.

PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this form does NOT automatically mean you have been approved to volunteer or to come on site early. You must wait for confirmation from the Volunteer Team. Any one who arrives on site without prior arrangements will be turned away at the gate.
