Teaching Skills | September 2018 | Pedagogical Potpourri
This session will utilize a game-based format to provide an overview of a variety of teaching techniques. Advantages, disadvantages, and the experience of other participants will be highlighted for each technique. Techniques will include those appropriate for classroom and clinical teaching. All participants will receive access to an extensive set of scholarly resources to support the application of techniques they are inspired to try. Please join us for fun and inspiration.

Participants will:
i. Describe multiple teaching methods that can be used in the classroom or clinic setting
ii. Identify opportunities for using creative teaching teachniques
iii. Learn how other participants have used a teaching technique (either effectively or ineffectively)
