What is your name? *
What are your communication channels? *
We collaborate openly with each other. That starts with knowing where to find each other. Please list your communication channels where we can find you most easily - and in order of preference starting from the most accessible. Include email, phone, text, social media, other channels - and your ID/handle on that channel. Note how well we can reach you as well. For example:  marcin@opensourceecology.org - within 24 hours except Suncay off; OSE Workshops FB Page https://www.facebook.com/groups/398759490316633/ - several times per week; phone - 816.284.4240 - bad reception at OSE; text - usually quick; OSEcology on twitter - sometimes, etc.
What would you like to learn the most during the 5 weeks of immersion? *
The curriculum is stated at https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE_Immersion_Program_Curriculum - and we can adjust as needed to meet our objectives. We will discuss learning goals once on site.
What are your strengths? *
As individuals striving to become integrated humans, we respect both our strengths and weaknesses. We build upon strengths and weaknesses. We do not believe that working on weaknesses leads to "a bunch of strong weaknesses", but instead makes one more well rounded.
What are your weaknesses? *
Awareness of weaknesses is useful when working as a cohesive team.
What would help you succeed in completing the Immersion Program and beyond? *
We are looking to create conditions to set up everybody for success.
What is your Vivid Vision?
I learned the Vivid Vision process from my former coach -  Cameron Herold, a business coach specializing on helping COOs and founder of 1-800-Got-Junk. I wrote my Vivid Vision in 2017 -  take a look and see if you can write one for yourself. https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/index.php?title=Vivid_Vision . If you write your Vivid Vision, please post on the wiki like I did, and include a link.
Public Promise
Required for Fellows-in-Training. Optional otherwise. Please do a 1-2 minute video of yourself making a public promise to the world regarding what you aim to contribute to the world as a result of the Immersion TraininProgram.  Just making a public promise helps one to fulfill that promise - as it brings the work out into the public and opens a space for feedback and assistance. We work openly and transparently - and making our intentions public is a way to gather momentum and support. Marcin is required to publish his promise as well. We want to update the public on our progress via such a vlog every quarter - so we will do a quarterly update like this. This sets expectations that we are accountable to reporting our progress openly - regardless of outcome - so we can help others learn from our successes and mistakes.
Who do you have or would like to have as your mentor or coach to help you after your Immersion Training?
Fellows-in-Training only. Coaches can play an important part in one's growth. For example - it is normal for an athlete or elite performer to have a coach. The same applies to us. We like to pair up future Fellows with coaches or mentors, preferably in their own community - or online. Have you thought WHO that ideal person could be for you to help you succeed? We may be able to help you find that person.
Documentation Time Lapses *
Do you have an old cell phone that you can use for time lapses? If so, please bring one or more with you and install OpenCamera, which works well for timelapse - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.sourceforge.opencamera&hl=en_US
Who  would you like to pair up with as a scrum buddy during Immersion?
We introduce ourselves in the Welcome Session if you don't know the others.
Is there anything that you would like others to know about working with you to promote constructive interactions? Do you have any issues that we should know about that may pose a challenge for working openly, constructively, and collaboratively with you? *
What are your long term goals and how do you see the Immersion Program helping you meet those goals? *
What can you teach others in the group? *
Building a civilization starter kit or becoming an integrated human requires a diverse skill set, and we like to help each other learn. Is there anything that you can teach us related to the current Curriculum - or on other useful topics?
Supportive Learning Environment and Constructive Approach of Lifelong Learning *
We carry a positive attitude and endorse an absolutely creative approach to solving issues. We strive to create a supportive learning environment where we can question our assumptions and think out of the box. We strive for openness to engage difficult conversations, and respect the right to conflict resolution and closure so that we can all move forward. Do you agree to our Conflict Resolution Policy (https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/Conflict_Resolution) and  are you comfortable in contributing to a constructive learning environment?
Accountability to Create a Better Version of Ourselves *
We strive to build a better version of ourselves by continuous learning and ethical behavior. We value ethics, honesty, and integrity, and we keep each other accountable to that by helping each other to be good. If you see any foul play - such as lack of integrity, compromising our values, or other objectionable behavior - are you willing to call out such behavior out openly and constructively to keep the offender accountable to our core values of openness, integrity, and ethics?
What is your biggest challenge or difficult point regarding successful completion of Immersion and beyond? How can we help you address this challenge? *
Please propose a question that we should ask here but haven't.
And please share your answer to that question as well.
Do you have any other comments or questions that can help you meet your learning objectives and to perform well after training?
