We are excited to once again host the Festival of Slice, building from a very successful 2023 event. Vendors keep 100% of sale proceeds from event, after ticket cash in. Attendees will use $1 tickets to purchase your food samples, in the same style of the Taste of Buffalo. You can price your samples as you see fit. You can also sell larger size food options.

Vendor registration includes two 8-foot tables, two chairs and access front loaded hot boxes to store food, free wireless internet for point-of-sale devices and general use. Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email with confirmation of your reserved table space and payment instructions. We anticipate at least 1,000 attendees.

Festival of Slice will be hosted inside Niagara Falls Convention Center event space, with easy access to ADA bathrooms, surface lot parking directly next to the venue for both vendors and shoppers and easy “drive-up” loading for your equipment.

This year, we will have three categories for "best of awards."

Best Dessert

Set up and logistics emails will be sent out to approved vendors as the event approaches.
