Hey there students - This is the part where you actually SIGN UP  for the Fall Musical, instead of just showing interest! This form is required if you wish to participate in any capacity. Summer Intensive workshop: Thursday 8/20 & 8/21 3:30 - 7:30pm

Thursday 8/20 3:30 - 4pm Meet & Greet with FULL COMPANY and GUARDIANS. Then All tech students & pit musicians stay until 5:30pm. All Cast & SM Team stay until 7:30. There will be a dinner break 5:30 - 5:55pm. Bring food, water bottles, and clothes to move in.

Friday 8/21 3:30 - 7:30pm Just the Cast & SM Team. There will be a dinner break 5:30 - 5:55pm. Bring food, water bottles, and clothes to move in.

Auditions & Callbacks : Monday - Thursday 8/24 - 8/27  3:30 -  6:30pm.  * Wed time TBA, due to early school release that day.   

After-school rehearsals (cast & SM Team): M, W, F 3:30-5:30, with some exceptions due to holidays & conferences. Look at SHOW CALENDAR BEFORE writing down your updated conflicts.

After-school tech build (sets, costumes, props, lights, sound): Tues & Th 3:30 - 5:30pm. Light & sound dept start in October. 

After-school pit orchestra rehearsals (pit): M, W, F: 3:30 - 5pm starting 9/9. Then 3:30 - 6:30pm 11/2 - 6. Then approx 3 hrs between 3:30 - 8pm on Mon 11/9 - Th 11/12 .  NO REH  11/10 (Diwali observed).

Saturday rehearsals (Cast & SM only):  Sept 26, October 17th, November 7th :   9am - 5 pm

Saturday Tech Builds (Crew): October 3rd & 24th 10am - 3pm

Tech Week: (Cast, SM, Production Crew) Friday 11/6 3:30 - 8pm, Sat 11/7 9am - 5pm,  Mon, Wed & Thursday 11/9 - 12 3:30 - 8pm. NO REHEARSAL  11/10 (Diwali observed)

Performances:  Friday 11/13 7pm, Sat 11/14 2pm & 7pm, Sun 11/15 1pm. Crew is called 2 hrs before curtain.  Cast- 1.5 hrs before curtain if mic'ed, 1 hr before curtain is NOT wearing a mic.  Pit orchestra called 45 min before curtain, except final show - 1 hr before curtain. 

Strike:  Sunday 11/15 FULL COMPANY   approx 3:45pm - 5:45pm.  Followed by "Lovefest" until 6:45pm

**PLEASE NOTE - Guardian MUST register their Student in ARBITER, which can be accessed through the PowerSchool Portal.  Each student must upload  a recent physical (within the last 2 years) submitted into  Arbiter through the PowerSchool Portal by August 20th in order to participate.  Have you registered for "Fall Musical" in Arbiter through Powershool? Have you uploaded your physical yet?

Now, list ALL CONFLICTS DURING THE TIME OF THE PRODUCTION (8/21-11/16)
There is nothing too small to mention! If any come up, email your SMs and EVD no later than 24 hrs in advance. Attendance is MANDATORY during tech week and the shows (11/8 -11/16)  (No band 11/8)

Your availability for all rehearsal/tech dates will be assumed and expected unless you list the date as a conflict above. Absence at a rehearsal/tech build not listed as a CONFLICT ahead of time is considered UNEXCUSED, unless you present a doctor's note or proof of medical visit. Four (4) Unexcused absences will result in your dismissal or reduced participation in the production and/or loss of participation in LOVEFEST, at the discretion of the Director. (Lovefest is a Company celebration after Strike)

Promptness is also required.  Two (2) tardies without advance notice will equal 1 unexcused absence.  Obviously, we understand rare emergencies might happen. Contact SMs & EVD immediately. We are a team that operates best when we are present and respectful of each other's time.

Things come up, dr appt, etc. PLEASE let the SM Team AND Mrs EVD know as far in advance about any upcoming conflicts, but AT THE LATEST BY FRIDAY at 5:30pm the WEEK before, otherwise it's an unexcused absence. This is when we create the next week's schedule based on student availability. Tech Week & Show attendance is MANDATORY.
