Terms and Conditions
-Payment is required before the commencement of the term.
-For casual attendees, payment is required before commencement of each class.
-No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
-If a class is cancelled due to non-availability of teachers, a refund will be issued.
-Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical health to undertake these classes, understand the inherent risks involved in dance training and assume these risks and/or confirm they have sought medical advice before commencement of the term/classes.
-While Natya Entertainment will take reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, participants hereby release Natya Entertainment and its teachers from any liability for any injuries or unforseen accidents that may occur while attending the classes.
-Any photos or videos taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes by Natya Entertainment.
-All choreography, original music edits, creative concepts, and props are the intellectual and physical property of Natya Entertainment and shall not be reproduced or shared without the consent of the teachers.
-To maintain hygiene no food is allowed inside the studio. Water can be carried, preferably in containers/bottles not made of glass.
-Participants confirm that they are over 18 years of age.
