Authority to enrol minors with SSir Online School as a Third Party Service Provider
The POPI Act has come into effect with far reaching implications for online service providers dealing with minors and their details.  As such it is crucial that an organisation, your school, has explicit and comprehensive written permission granted by each parent to enrol their child (a minor) with SSir Online School.  This document should clearly state that the Third Party Online Service Provider is allowed to keep relevant data about the minor in order to fulfil the obligations of teaching a school subject online.

Where  a student is older than 18, the student has to provide such permission to your school in writing.

Do you as representative of your school declare that you have in your possession  a POPI document signed by the parents of each and every student to be enrolled, providing you and The School with authority and permission to enrol students with SSir Online School for academic purposes?
