2018 Diversity Center Gala Application
DATE: Saturday, October 13th, 2018
LOCATION: Hotel Paradox, Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, CA
TIME:6pm to midnight

Volunteer shifts may start or end earlier or later than that time so please check the available time slots carefully.

PLEASE READ FIRST:

All Gala volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

We will do our best to assign you the shift you have requested. If we have too many volunteers covering a particular task we might move you to another. Please include, in the comments/feedback section at the end of this form, if you are flexible or not in this regard.

This goes for the times you sign up for too. Please include in the comments/feedback section at the end of this form if you are flexible with the times you volunteer or not.

We would like for volunteers to wear black pants/skirt, red/white polo or button down shirt, and dark closed toe shoes. Please wear comfortable shoes as most of you will be standing for most of your shift.

The theme this year is Moulin Rouge and you are welcome to dress within both the dress code and that theme or bring a change of clothes for the part of the night which you are not volunteering.

All volunteers working 4+ hours will have access to food/beverages in the volunteer-only lounge and can attend the after party starting at 9:00 PM.
