This is form that will fill out AFTER you have received approval of your date from both your event venue AND your PDGA State Coordinator.  Please note that events may take a while to get up on DiscGolfScene.  Please make sure that you have Kyle.Harrigan@NADGT.com and Kyle.Maute@NADGT.com added to your email address book.  This will help ensure that future communications will be smooth.

NADGT will be sanctioning your event for you and will list you as the TD for the event. By signing, you also agree to abide by all PDGA rules and guidelines as expressed in the PDGA Rule Book, PDGA Competition Manual, PDGA Tour Standards, PDGA Sanctioning Agreement and beyond. This includes post-event reporting and payment, so by signing you agree to make NADGT responsible for all financial obligations to the PDGA as a result of running the event.
