Region 4 Championships Volunteer Form
Volunteers who sign up for an entire session will receive a free T-shirt, admission bracelet that will allow them free entry for that day, and be entered in a drawing for FREE Entry fee for their athlete to attend Nationals.
Athletes who plan to apply for funding are REQUIRED to volunteer TWO session they are NOT competing in on Saturday or Sunday (Training sessions, set-up and tear down do not apply unless the athlete is coaching/judging the entire meet). For 2026 due to the smaller number of sessions, parent's will be allowed to volunteer for one of the two sessions for their athlete.

So we can tell you when you have been assigned. Our volunteer coordinator will be sending out the volunteer assignments. Once the block schedule is completed he will reach out to you to confirm what sessions you would like to volunteer. Then a volunteer schedule will be sent no later than the week before the competition.

Announcer - Announce the groups coming in and who is going to staging. 
Awards Announcer - Announce the athletes and their places.
*Awards Staging - help line up the athletes and give them their awards
Admissions - take admissions and put bracelets on.  
Door guard - Checks that every person coming into the venue has a wristband or credential.
Athlete Check-in - check in athlete, hand them credential and t-shirt.  
Coach/Judge Check-in - check membership card, have them sign in and give them their credential.  
Staging Check-in - sit at staging entrance, check athletes in and tell them their seat number.  
*Line-up - put athletes in order to march in.  
*Line Leaders - Lead the athletes from the competition floor to awards. (Volunteer athletes)
*Awards line-up - put athletes in place order as they come over for awards. 
Region 4 Store table - sell retail items.
**Trampoline Spotter - Stand by the trampoline and spot for the entire session. 
Anywhere you need me - I am wiling to help anywhere that is needed.
*Must have USAG Volunteer, Professional, or Athlete Membership
**Must have USAG Professional, Athlete, Volunteer Membership, sufficient experience and be at least 5' tall.
