Grow and bloom with us by sponsoring the Second Annual Snoqualmie Valley Sunflower Festival!
Hosted by the Carnation and Duvall Chambers of Commerce and the North Bend Downtown Foundation, this vibrant celebration of agriculture, heritage and natural beauty will run from August 14th to September 14th, 2025.
Join us for two special celebration days: Sunflower Saturday, September 6th, in downtown Carnation at the Tolt Commons, and Sunflower Sunday in downtown Duvall. Visitors will be immersed in the beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley, exploring our seven communities and stunning farms along the Snoqualmie River. Enjoy events, shopping, dining, recreation, and more!
Your sponsorship will help underwrite the costs for this blossoming 2nd annual event for our Snoqualmie Valley community, from North Bend to Duvall, and is a way promote your business or non-profit to Sunflower Festival visitors. The primary goals of the festival include growing a stronger community and local economy by creating a joyful, uplifting celebration for our local communities and for visitors, and by promoting tourism spending through business, non-profit and farm visibility.

$200 Suntastic Sponsor includes all of the above plus:
- Your name/logo on festival merchandise

- An opportunity to spotlight a specific feature of celebration days Sunflower Saturday and/or Sunday, such as the Kid Zone, Music & Gathering space, Food, Art Gallery, Sunflowers for display and in local businesses, or you may work with the festival coordinator for another feature that speaks to your brand. This package provides excellent reach! Each Sunflower Celebration days feature may be supported by one sponsor only. Selection of feature will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

This unique package speaks to the inherent value of volunteers—the community members who get out there and help make this a cherished and successful community event. The Hive sponsors provide a staffing investment at Sunflower Saturday OR Sunflower Sunday: two staff members who help in 2-6 hour blocks of time, to assist in various ways, from set-up, providing help to participants during our event, to take-down at the end of the day. The package also includes:

This is an exclusive opportunity for your brand to be associated with the entire festival. Your brand will be seen by festival goers, AND everyone who sees photos and videos from the weekend for years to come. This package includes all of the above plus:
- Premier placement of company name and logo on ALL marketing materials related to event, including all social media outlets, posters, brochures, press releases, merchandise and other marketing.
- NEW IN 2025! A metal sunflower plaque (similar to the Rotary Hearts) thanking you for your support. These will be hung in North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation or Duvall. Corporate sponsors who donate $2,000 or more will get two sunflower plaques; sponsors who donate $3,000 or more will get three sunflower plaques, and so on. This is unique and beautiful visibility!
Pollen Duster is a way for individuals, businesses or non-profits to donate an amount of their choice to sprinkle us with a little "pollen" without any recognition needed.
Seed Planter is is a way for individuals, businesses or non-profits to donate an item or service to our raffle or prizes for contests, as part of the September 6th and 7th special sunflower celebration days in Carnation and Duvall.
