2017 MSPRA Communications Review Judging Form

Thank you for serving as a judge for the MSPRA Communication Contest: Publications, Campaigns, Electronic Media.

As a judge for the Michigan School Public Relations Communication Contest, you agree to be fair and impartial in your assessments; you agree to review and assess submissions within the timeline assigned; you understand your comments will be shared with award entrants; you will not share your assessment of the pieces with anyone other than the judges who are reviewing pieces in the same category; and that you may keep the pieces that you review with the understanding that the works are not to be duplicated for your own use without express permission from the creator.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please complete a new survey for each work being assessed. Be sure to verify that you have selected the survey that corresponds to the appropriate category for each piece you are reviewing (see the title of the survey when selecting the electronic survey link and the cover sheet for the submission to be sure they match). Each question on the survey requires an answer. Please be descriptive when adding comments. These comments will be shared with the entrant and are very helpful to them when creating future pieces.

If you have questions about a specific work, or would like to discuss a question of concern, please contact your fellow judge(s). Their contact information has been provided to you in your packets. If you need immediate assistance or have other concerns, please contact Rebecca Fannon, MSPRA Board Member and Communications Specialist for The Grosse Pointe Public School System at rebecca.fannon@gpschools.org or (313) 333-8421.
