Scholarships are awarded to dancers wishing to take lessons at any studio in the Friendswood/Clear Lake area and are based on financial need, artistic ability, and promise and availability. Applications are accepted from April 1st - June 1st of each year.

Decisions will be granted by July 15th. Scholarships apply to TUITION ONLY from the months of September through May and must be re-applied for each summer for the following school year if desired.

Awarded funds will be made out to and mailed directly the the dancers studio of choice in September and in January. Scholarship students are not to discuss their scholarship status with others. Preference is given to families who are public servants, clergy, military, or foster families.

Eligibility:
Student must be enrolling in a studio in the Friendswood/Clear Lake area.
Student must be between the ages of 3 and 18.
Student must have a good attendance record throughout the year and show dedication.
Student must have a financial need.
Students who have outstanding balances are ineligible for scholarship.
Student must commit to volunteering at their dance studio.


All applicants must submit the following:

Letter of reference from an Instructor (if studied before) mailed to:
