All trader pitches are outdoors within the grounds of the Airshow with craft/artisan pitches located within our aircraft hangers, as with other years we expect thousands of visitors to attend our wonderful Airshow.

Please be advised that each stall booking is inclusive of a maximum of 2 stall holders to be in attendance, any additional persons will be required to purchase a ticket at a discounted rate £20, this discounted rate is only for people that will assist on your stall with no exception.

We will endeavour to be flexible with regards to specific space requirements anything larger than this will require you to purchase an additional plot.

We may be able to provide limited spaces for traders with electric for a donation; please enquire prior to confirming your booking. All electrical equipment must in accordance with our SAG requirements be PAT tested.

Please note that due to Health & Safety considerations (and recommendations from the South Cambridgeshire Council Safety Group) we have to limit the movements of vehicles and show side parking. All vehicles will need to have dropped off contents and returned to the trader’s car park by 9.30 AM. If you arrive later than this time your vehicle will need to be parked in the public car park - this is not negotiable!

If you would like to arrive on the day before the show special permission will need to be arranged; otherwise, you may request an entry time from 7am.

On the application below you will find a series of time slots - please tick your preferred slot. This is to allow us to manage the flow of vehicles on to site and avoid traffic jams. Your passes will be issued to you on arrival on the day by marshals who will direct you to your pitch, please be patient.

Please ensure that you book a space to accommodate your needs. Your pitch is to the exact measurements given with zero wiggle room. If you book a pitch with a car and your vehicle or stall is too big you will be required to park in the traders car park, no exceptions.

Traders have been known to ‘try it on’ in the past causing a huge headache on the day, this is no longer negotiable, if we do not have the room for your unit you will be asked to ‘make it work’ if this is not possible you will be asked to leave.

We ask all traders to remain open for business until at least 6pm to assist with extending the period over which show visitors leave. We have had lots of feedback asking for stalls to be open at the end so people can browse without missing the Airshow, so it is worth your while.
No exhibitor vehicles will be permitted to move on the showground from 09:30am until the public and vehicle exhibitors have departed – approximately 6.30pm. Sadly we have had some exhibitors get very rude with the stewards along with some dubious emergencies!
Anyone acting in this manner will never be invited to attend again. We regret having to take these measures; we cannot have vehicles moving around with the high density of public we have compared to other shows of similar nature.

Please be advised that we (and you) will be audited by South Cambs SAG (Safety Advisory Group). Please ensure that you have any necessary documentation with you if required (Insurance, FRA, Hygiene standard etc) and safety equipment (fire blankets, extinguishers etc). All electrical equipment must be PAT tested. You may be asked to leave if you are not compliant.

To the many of you that have supported us at Little Gransden over the years, THANK YOU very much and long may it continue. We look forward to seeing you – and if you haven't joined us before, we look forward to meeting you for the first time!

Please complete the below the form and indicate how payment will be made, online payment is preferable but arrangements can be made to pay via cheque.

Sadly I will not be in attendance this year, I will, by the time you arrive at the Airfield be in Sydney recovering having quite literally just finished running the Sydney Marathon. Volunteers have stepped in to manage you all as you arrive, so please, please, please make this as easy as possible for them.

Lastly, just a reminder that we are all unpaid volunteers and have given a huge amount of our time for the love of the Airshow, everyone should just be kind to one another and enjoy our wonderful show.
Have a great season!
Best regards,
Ann
