This interactive session will explore simple and practical ways to apply values in family life, education, healthcare, social work, business, and community service.

Participants will learn from the real-life experience of three speakers and explore how core values can support personal growth, stronger relationships, meaningful work, and holistic well-being.

The session will include short reflections, interactive activities, open discussion, and simple body-movement exercises to support health, energy, and well-being.
