Window-Garden Kit Request Form (2022) 
All Youth, ages 18 and under, are eligible to receive a free Herb Gardening Kit from “Growing Our Future.” This form is only to organize requests and contact information so that all kits are distributed equitably. Kits will be distributed First Come, First Serve. Those who don't receive a kit immediately will be placed on a waiting list and notified as soon as their kit becomes available. 

“Growing Our Future” is entirely donation funded, so the current number of kits available is 200. This number can change based on increased donations and demand. Due to limited funding, we do have to limit kits to 1 per child.

We are located in Bemidji, MN, and are not able to ship kit supplies at this time, due to the additional cost. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN BEMIDJI TO REQUEST KITS, but you must be able to pick them up in Bemidji the Weekend of Dec. 3 at 1602 Bemidji Ave N. 

We strive to create at least 2 kit cycles per year: Herb gardening (Fall/Winter), and Seed Starting/Gardening Kits (Summer), so stay tuned!
