An Outreach Services library patron shall be defined as an adult who is not able to come to the library due to advanced age, long-term illness or physical disability. The patron must reside within the city limits of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
The patron may apply for a library card and shall be responsible for any materials checked out on that card. The card will be kept at the library to make the delivery of library materials easier. The loan period and number of items to be checked out shall be set at the time of application and may be updated at any time. The library will deliver, pick up and return the items borrowed.
