Timeline
Artists will be booked at least 90 days out in advance.

90 Days out: We will need this agreement signed to solidify your show on our calendar. We will also need high resolution pictures of what you’re working on along with dimensions of your work.

60 Days out: We will need updated pictures and dimensions of your work.

30 Days out: We will need to schedule your hanging day (either the first Monday or Tuesday of the month of your show), get a bio, and pictures of your final work that will be displayed along with dimensions of your work.

One week out: A confirmation of day and time to hang, along with a list of supplies you believe we will need in order to hang your work, a layout of your work as it relates to our space, as well as your completed inventory list. Once there is a confirmation of day and time, this will be the day and time that we will hang.

If you do not show up for the scheduled day and time, we will not be hanging your work.

The Show
We have three walls: One 31ft in length, one 21ft in length, and one 16ft in length.

If you are creating a solo show, it will be your responsibility to fill up all of that wall space. If you are a part of a collection we will coordinate the space as we see fit. This why your dimensions are so incredibly important for us to achieve a cohesive show.

Each show is the first Thursday of every month unless otherwise agreed upon by both the artist and art coordinator. If the 1st of the month happens to fall on a Thursday, then the show will be moved to the following week.

Shows will start at 7pm and end at 9pm.

Promotion
Hodgepodge relies heavily on social media, local community and word of mouth.

By signing this document you agree to allow Hodgepodge to photograph your work and use those photographs and text about your work for promotional purposes on social media platforms.

We ask in return that you promote the partnership on the social media platforms you engage: (Twitter/Instagram/Pinterest/Facebook etc)

Payment
Hodgepodge operates on a consignment agreement with 75% of the sale going to the artist and 25% going to Hodgepodge.

Please take this into account while pricing your work.

Checks will be written on the last day your show is up. Checks will be here for you to collect along with your inventory.

Return of your Artwork
Hodgepodge has a very limited amount of storage, therefore all pieces of art must be picked up on the first of the month.

If you do not pick up your pieces, they will be disposed of.

PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY.

If you cannot pick up your pieces, please coordinate with someone who can.

Liability
Hodgepodge Coffeehouse will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to personnel.

Artist assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold Hodgepodge Coffeehouse and its employees harmless against all claims, losses and damages to property.

In addition, Artist acknowledges that Hodgepodge Coffeehouse does not maintain insurance covering Artist’s property and that is the sole responsibility of the Artist to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses.

The Artist, on signing this agreement, expressly releases Hodgepodge Coffeehouse from any and all claims.
