The Art Cave Experience

This form is for curators, organizers, and program facilitators who are interested in collaborating with The Art Cave Experience to create cultural and community-focused experiences.

This is not an artist submission or a space rental request. Artist opportunities and rental-related inquiries are collected through separate forms, which will be shared on our website and social channels.

Our work is rooted in collaboration and partnership, where we, our collaborators, and our partner spaces support one another to grow and create meaningful experiences for the community.

If you are interested in co-creating, leading, or facilitating cultural programming within a collaborative ecosystem, you are in the right place.

How Costs, Support, and Revenue Work

Every collaboration depends on the partner space we are working with. Each space has its own rules and limits, and we build projects within those terms.

This is a collaborative initiative, not a rental. That means we plan projects together, share resources, and design the budget as a team.

Some projects may be fully supported and free. Others may involve shared costs and shared revenue. Our role is to make sure the project makes sense and that no one is coming out of pocket unnecessarily.

Before anything moves forward, we will always discuss the project, budget, and expectations ahead of time so everyone is clear and comfortable.

Collaborators may benefit through

• Exposure and visibility
• Compensation from the hosting organization
• Shared revenue from the program

Tell Us About Your Idea

Tell us about a program or idea you would love to bring to life. This does not have to be perfect or fully planned. Think of this as the starting point.

Your idea can change as time goes on. Sometimes plans shift based on the space, the schedule, or the partner we are working with. What matters most is having a foundation we can grow together.

If you are earlier in your career or still figuring things out, that is completely okay. If you do not have an idea yet, you may write N/A. This will not count against you.

This is also a safe space. Everything shared here is confidential, will not be shared publicly, and will not be used or taken without your involvement.

This is your chance to share something you may have always wanted to do but couldn’t because of barriers like cost or access. Now is the time to explore it.

If you can, please include
• What the experience is or could become
• Who it is for and how people would take part
• A general time range or dates (if known)
• How many days you might need the space (for example 1 day, 3 days, 7 days)
• Anything else that helps us understand your vision

The more you share, the easier it is for us to support you and match your idea with the right opportunity.
