If you add or drop a class after this form has been submitted, you must complete a new form. If you add or drop a class without submitting a new form you may not be paid correctly, or you may end up owing a debt to the VA. ** Please be aware that there is a 7 business day turn around period in non busy periods. During busy periods it can be up to a 14 business day turnaround.

**This request form is sperate from the Parent School Letter Request Form. If you are taking classes at an institution outside of the South Orange County Community College District (Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College) and you would like to use your VA benefits to pay for the course(s), you must complete also complete the Parent School Letter Request Form.
