Mana Maoli 2023 Community Input Survey

Aloha kākou,

Mahalo NUI for taking a few minutes to kōkua with this survey. The multi-part questions we ask you below pertain to our potential services for Native Hawaiian communities, especially youth and young adults.

For any/all services that you deem valuable and important, this helps us justify those services and demonstrate community buy-in to potential funders, while helping affirm and prioritize what we do at the ground level (questions 1 & 2). For those who opt to weigh in on the 3rd question, we are also able to hear your specific ideas, suggestions or concerns toward refining and improving our services.

MAHALO FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHARE YOUR MANAʻO (thoughts/feelings)!!
