562 Water Polo Club Scholarship Application
This application will be reviewed by the coaching staff and the board. Scholarships will be granted to student athletes who would not otherwise be able to afford club water polo. All 562 Water Polo Club scholarships require that athletes maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher in order to qualify. Please answer each question thoroughly and thoughtfully.
