R.I.S.E. 2026 Interest Form

R.I.S.E. stands for Resilience, Inclusion, Social Awareness, Education, a 12 week FREE program started by the Terence Crutcher Foundation and the USA BMX Foundation, bringing mentorship, history, STE(A)M education, social-emotional learning, inclusion, representation and awareness to 4th to 8th grade students of the North Tulsan community, providing them with the opportunity to explore the world of BMX.

This program is open to students residing within North Tulsa zip codes. Upon graduation, scholars participating in the program will earn a custom R.I.S.E. jersey, BMX bike & helmet and a lifetime membership at USA BMX. At the end of the year, each cohort is invited to attend the USA BMX Grand Nationals in November during Thanksgiving weekend to watch the races, and a few racers will be selected to participate in the big race!

Program Ages: 4th - 8th grade

When: 12 Week Session, every Tuesday (see cohort dates below)

Spring Cohort: March 10th - May 26th
Summer Cohort: June 2nd - August 18th
Fall Cohort: August 25th - November 10th

Program Time: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Drop-Off: 3:45 pm
Pick-Up: 6:45 pm

Form Instructions: There are 30 spots available for NEW students each cohort. Register your student below. If you have more than one student, please submit a new form for each.
