This form is for any member of the public in Essex who wants to volunteer in an NHS Covid-19 vaccination facility - this could be a main hospital, a primary care setting (such as a GP surgery or a clinic), or a dedicated vaccination centre.
Essex Coronavirus Action is a collaboration between Essex County Council, The Essex Public Health Team, and local Facebook groups to ensure that support and assistance reaches the people who need it the most.
