PLEASE NOTE: This workshop assumes you have little or no knowledge of Qiime2, but are familiar with the command line**. If you are an experienced researcher in microbial analysis, we do not recommend this workshop.

**If you are not familiar with the command line, this will not exclude you immediately from consideration to participate. You must simply be willing to learn the command line ahead of the start of the workshop. We can either train you or point you to other resources to accomplish this.
