Fall Rally Registration Form

This form is used to register a club for attendance at Fall Rally. It is not for individuals to register, but for clubs to register to let us know in advance how many to prepare for. It is in addition to the filled in paper form with payment that you mail in to the Six Flag Park that your club will be attending (unless you do on-line ordering of your park tickets). We are asking for the name of the club, division, region, lead attending advisor's first and last name, cell phone of the lead advisor, number of park tickets ordered, number of Rally tickets you will get from the Region Advisor in your area for members with season passes, and if attending Fall Rally North or South.

Each division and/or region has been assigned their session. Make sure to only attend the Rally you are assigned.
Take advantage of the Extra's package items that the parks are offering Key Club, as some of them are really good deals.
