The Rustic Palm - Holiday Vendor Application
Hey Hey! 

We are currently accepting holiday vendors for the month of November & December 2023. 

The Christmas season in Paris is always insane and we are so excited to be a part of it this year! We expect record numbers for both sales and foot traffic so if you have thought about joining us but did not want to commit to our 6 month term right away, this is your opportunity.

Holiday spaces are limited and begin November 1st OR December first. Please do not apply if you are unable to have stock ready for these dates.

Our holiday spaces are available for a flat fee of 350$ plus 10% commission collected from all sales. This fee covers the months of November and December and includes a space approximately 48" x 12" in our "Holiday Vendors" area. 

If you prefer to join us for the month of December only, the fee is 200$ plus 15% commission.

If you would like to join with another business and split your space, you are welcome to do so as well. Please include both names in the application.

Please note, acceptance will be based on a variety of criteria including, but not limited to: the quality and uniqueness of your work, the presence of other vendors in your product category and the appeal of your branding, marketing, and displays.

HOLIDAY SPACE INFORMATION
While we typically require a 6 month commitment, we have opened these particular spaces as a holiday pop up for the months of November and December ONLY. 

If you would like to join with another business and split your space, you are welcome to do so as well. Please include both names in the application. 

Please note, your product needs to be able to stand/fit on the shelves shown in the photos above. Please do not apply if this is not possible with your product. 

Applicants are free to request a specific space, however requests are not guaranteed. The final decision on where your space will be is at the sole discretion of the shop owner and will be based on a variety of factors including product type, size, shape etc. Spaces that are slightly below eye level include an extra bottom shelf at no additional cost. 

Pricing includes space for BOTH November and December 2023.

Pricing for December only is 200$ plus 15% commission. 

Preference will be given to vendors joining for two months but we are accepting December only applications :) 

Holiday Space 1 (H1)
$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes TWO shelves approximately 24" wide, 14" deep and 12" tall (top shelf product can be 18" tall).

Holiday Space 2 (H2)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes THREE shelves approximately 24" wide, 14" deep and 12" tall.

Holiday Space 3 (H3)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes FIVE shelves approximately 12" wide, 14" deep and 12" tall (top shelf product can be 18" tall).

Holiday Space 4 (H4)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes TWO shelves approximately 24" wide, 14" deep and 12" tall (top shelf product can be 18" tall).

Holiday Space 5 (H5)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes THREE shelves approximately 24" wide, 14" deep and 12" tall.

Holiday Space 6 (H6)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes ONE shelf approximately 48" wide, 12" deep and 12" tall. Product can face both directions for added exposure. 

Holiday Space 7 (H7)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes ONE shelf approximately 48" wide, 12" deep and 12" tall. Product can face both directions for added exposure. 

Holiday Space 8 (H8)

$350 plus 10% commission + HST

Space includes TWO shelves approximately 48" wide, 12" deep and 12" tall. Product can face both directions for added exposure.

Upon approval of your application, a signed contract and full payment of your term fee will be required to reserve your space.

Liability insurance is required for all vendors selling the following products: 

- baby/children's items
- health products
- food products
- bath/body products
- skincare products
- candles or scented items
- electronic items. 

Vendors are required to supply a valid certificate of insurance.

All other vendors are strongly advised to provide liability insurance. Those who chose to opt out will be required to sign a waiver releasing our shop and employees of any liability.
