Hello! Wanna be at the core of Kiez Burn?
Every year, we can bring back our most beloved burn to life only thanks to the dedication and energy of countless volunteers and realisers! The time to buy tickets and to sign up for volunteer shifts has not come yet, but preparations for Kiez Burn 2026 must begin!
Currently, we are not sure yet if Kiez Burn can happen the way it did last year.
There are dates. There might be a motto. There is a production container & a barn full of equipment, a few scattered piles of lost & found – what's next? Do you agree that toilets or a permit are more critical than radical self-expression for the event to take place?
Kiez Burn needs you. Because if you don't do it, no one will.
Participation means actively helping to shape things, not just complaining about the music. Taking a role can be incredibly fun – you'll make wonderful friends & learn new skills!
This is a co-created experience.
We are all volunteers, nobody is being paid. This means we require everyone to help with shifts or tasks around the year in order to make this experience happen. Believe us, it's totally worth it!
If there are too few realisers, we may have to limit the number of pre-sale tickets this time. We simply can't (and won't) run an event this size on low participation.

When can the event happen in 2026?
📆 Kiez Burn dates
Build: Monday, 15 June the earliest (later for most roles) – Monday, 22 June
Event: Tuesday, 23 – Monday, 29 June
Strike: Monday, 29 June – Wednesday, 1 July

YOU CAN'T SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER SHIFTS HERE. Realisers are the ones coordinating & organising Kiez Burn! There will be
another platform. In the meantime, grab your burner cup, drink some tea, keep calm & carry on.
