Event starts at 10am and finishes by 3:30pm but we want your bikes to be brought before 11 am so that our bike mechanic can check the bikes. You can collect your bikes between 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Venue : SCOREscotland, 30 Westburn Grove, EH14 2SA ( Bike mechanic will be stationed outside Whale Arts Centre)

1. SCOREscotland has been funded by Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme (SCRS) , Cycling UK for FREE bike repairs and checks so we will be sharing your postcode and  email id with Cycling UK for evaluation purposes.

What does the Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme provide?

The Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme provides provide free cycle repairs and maintenance work, up to the value of £50 per person.

Basic service and mechanical repairs are covered by the scheme i.e. repairs that are necessary to make the cycle roadworthy and fit for purpose. The following repairs are covered by the scheme:

>     repairing or replacing tyres, tubes, wheels and related components
>     adjusting, repairing or replacing braking system components
>     adjusting, repairing or replacing transmission system components
>     repairing or replacing other essential components which prevent safe use of the cycle e.g. deteriorated grips or saddle

2.  SCOREscotland is not responsible  if bike is not repairable by our bike mechanic.
2. We don't tolerate any abuse, bad behaviour,  pushing or shouting at our Dr.Bike event.
3. Please wear a face mask when you come and maintain a distance of 1.5metres.
4. Please treat other service users, staff, volunteers with dignity and respect at all times.

Warnings
1. SCOREscotland takes the safety of its staff and volunteers seriously, and is committed to taking action against anyone who threatens or abuses them.
2. If you push, shout argue in the queue or abuse our staff/volunteers, you will be given an official warning by SCOREscotland staff.
3. If you repeat this behaviour, you will be banned from using the service.
4. If this behaviour is repeated , you will be banned from all our services permanently.

Car park :-
Please can you make sure that you park your car in parking spaces at Whale Arts Centre  - even if it's for a very short time - not on the grass, on pavements, not in front of the green shipping container and not in the disabled parking bay.

If you can't get parked in one of the bays in front of the building, please park sensibly elsewhere.

 Limited spaces and registration is required. First come first served. We shall send a message to confirm your slot.
