Regarding Your Shift
Please note: For every 4 hours of time volunteered, NCAI offers 4 hours of conference attendance on us! You may choose to attend breakout sessions and General Assemblies. All listening sessions and consultations are free and open to the public, as is the Capitol Hill Reception on Wednesday, February 12, 6:30pm at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian.
Please be flexible with the duties you may be asked to help with, as our needs may change onsite. Your sign up time will remain the same, and we will make every effort to keep you in your preferred task. At the beginning of each shift, sign in at the Registration desk located in the second floor lobby. A quick training run through will be given to you on a one on one basis.
