HSI Odessa Club List 25-26
General Information:
Clubs Start August 25th 
*Complete the club sign up form below to register for the listed clubs. 
*Each club/team has a fee of $50 for the year or $25 per semester (some clubs may require additional fees). We suggest signing up for the club and attending the first meeting or contacting the sponsor/coach before paying the fee which will be DUE by 8/30/2025. 
*Students can sign up for clubs until August 22, Thursday 5:00pm.
*Clubs will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Days and times for Athletic teams will be specified by the coach. See website for more details.
*Students can join 3 clubs maximum per semester, but only 1 per day of the week that clubs are offered. If your child goes tutoring. Tutoring has priority over clubs. 
*Sports will be held at various times and days contact the coach for details. 
*Some clubs have limited capacity and/or students will have to try out to be accepted. Contact the sponsor for more details. 
*Clubs that do not meet the minimum number of participants by August 22nd may be cancelled.

In some cases, athletes may have limited availability for other extracurricular activities or clubs due to their training and competition schedules.
