In order to serve you most efficiently, we'd appreciate if you would fill out this form as thoroughly as possible.

Creations take up to 6-weeks to be completed from the time of receiving a 30% deposit (which is counted toward your final cost). If you desire your piece(s) sooner than 6 weeks, a Rush Fee will be added and is due at time of deposit.  

All Custom Pieces START AT $300+ (Per Item). Depending On The Type of Adornment/Creation. A quote will be provided post form submissions. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to reach out to you.

Custom work production will begin AFTER deposit (and rush fee - if applicable) is received. Once form is completely filled, we will contact you to retrieve deposit. Timeline will begin once deposit is received.
