CMK Green Gym needs to keep records of members' details.

CMK Green Gym treats this information as confidential and uses it for administration and emergency purposes only. These purposes include (but are not limited to) keeping contact details so that we can let members know about sessions, ensuring that volunteers are covered by our public liability insurance, and being able to reach members' nominated contacts in the event of an emergency.

Details provided will be added to these records but not used or distributed externally.

We also request certain information (such as age, disability, ethnicity, employment status) so that we can provide anonymised statistical analysis of our activities in support of grant applications and/or to demonstrate compliance with our duties in complying with equality legislation and similar obligations. You do not have to provide this information, but it is helpful to us if you do.
