Student:

I have received a copy of the Reynoldsburg High School Band Program Handbook for the 2022-2023 season and have read and understand all of the policies detailed within.  I agree to uphold the values and traditions of the band program to the best of my ability and follow the policies and procedures within the handbook.  I also understand that the Reynoldsburg Band Program depends on every member, and that as a member I represent not just myself, but my family, the school, the program and my community every time I am in and out of uniform.  

Parent/Guardian:
