Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Grievance Form

The goal of USA Fencing is "to create an equitable, safe and positive environment for everyone in the fencing community."  Should someone witness or experience unfair treatment, it is the duty of all to report such behavior or circumstances.  

This form is used to provide information necessary to report a concern and/or file a complaint of alleged unfair treatment or discriminatory practices at a fencing event or club as it relates to the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Confidentiality - All information received in connection with the filing, investigation and resolution of complaints is deemed confidential, and will be handled by the NTD Chairperson and/or DEI Chairs.  It is anticipated and expected that the parties named in a complaint will observe the same standard of strict confidentiality. This practice is in the best interests of all parties to the complaint. Failure to respect confidentiality may be regarded as retaliation and/or will be handled accordingly.
