Please use this form to report an adjustment to your camper's transportation or attendance. Utilize this form to make sure our team is aware of any changes in dismissal due to vacations, appointments, sickness, bus changes, tardies, etc.

Children will NOT be waiting at the gatehouse at the time indicated for an early pick up. It is still necessary to go through the sign out procedure with the counselors at the sign out desk on Lincoln Ave that requires at least 15 minutes.
