Request Form for Home-Schooling Service (Kinder, Grade 1, 2) Powered by the FF Day Care Club
The Kinder Kids Program as well as the Grade 1-2 Home Schooling Service of FF Day Care Club utilize a DEPED- accredited curriculum of Child's Home Educational Center which includes Math, Science, Reading, Language, Filipino, Social Studies, Values and MAPEH. A physical fitness program under Futbol Funatics is also incorporated, promoting overall wellness of mind and body. Supplementary activities are also included in the program, utilizing FF Day Care Club's in-house programs for Music, Art, Health and Language.
School year calendar for the home-schooling program is typically from August to April,  with daily classes from Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day.

(3) I am aware that the service provider takes all necessary precautions of utilizing face masks, periodical Covid testing for facilitators and sanitizing of learning materials. (4) I agree to not send my child to the location in the event that he/she exhibits any flu like symptoms including but not limited to a cough, cold or fever.
