EMOTIONS EXPLORATION QUESTIONAIRRE
We would greatly appreciate it if both you and your son each take the time to complete the following questions. You can choose to answer the questions together or separately fill in each of your own forms. The responses will be used to convey the normalcy of some very common emotions and the reactions that (often) follow regardless of your age. Your responses to these questions will be kept completely anonymous (we don't even know who filled this in) but will be used in the workshop. As you fill them out, please be mindful not to use any words, names or descriptions that may give away your identity as it is important that they are anonymous. Andrea and Virginia will also be filling in a questionnaire.
Are you an adult or child?
Explain a time when you had an emotion and reaction you were not proud of (e.g you were angry and lashed out at a friend or you were jealous and said something mean)?
