Since 2014, the Indo-Canada Arts Council has been celebrating a decade of cultural richness, extending a vibrant invitation to businesses and organizations to become integral parts of the tapestry of our Canada Diwali Razzmatazz 2025 festival in Mississauga. We aim to weave together moments of joy, culture, and community spirit.

By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of Canada Diwali events. You also understand that submission of this form does not guarantee participation, and the organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

Note:
Payment: Vendors must pay the full amount by August  31st 2025 to secure their spot in the festival. Payments are non-refundable.

Set-up and Tear-down: Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down as per guidelines should be be provided one week before the festival.

Conduct: Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the event organizers may result in the vendor's removal from the event.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations for outdoors events. Food vendors may specially follow all health department guidelines of the respective municipality region.
