This wil serve as the official registration form of AFS School Clubs in the Philippines as the basis for updating the database and implementation of programs. Only the officially recognised AFS School Clubs will receive all future communications, opportunities and invitations from AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines. A certificate of recognition will be sent to confirmed AFS School Clubs as a proof of authenticity and commitment. Kindly refer to the AFS Community and School Club Manual for further information.
